My dad used to braze up fe ford manifolds alot back in the 60's/70's as they were famous for cracking on 352 and 390 fords. May just buy one as i'm pretty sure it's the right front I see warped 5.7 hemi exhaust manifolds all the time

As you can see in the pics one of the ports on the end is flat and the other end of one manifold has an 1/8 gap showing light and the other had a 3/16 gap

According to the service records, the replaced the front rotors and pads just before i bought the vehicle When applying the brakes i feel a pulsation through the pedal.which to me feels like a warped rotor. Exhaust manifolds have always warped Compare the gusset thickness of the newer manifolds to those of the sixties and you'll see why problems with exhaust manifolds, especially broken bolts, were fairly rare.

Also it's never been in heat over 95 deg. Anyone else experienced this or have a reason why. I assumed that this was the infamous hemi tick and honestly didn't give it much thought Having a warped head or blown head gasket shouldn't cause a blockage like this
Pull the water pump and make sure the inlet and outlet aren't blocked, and that the impeller is ok Most of the water pumps these days have plastic impellers that can easily break apart. Started noticing a warped rotor at about 14,000 miles Looks like about $400 for new front pads and rotors
