I know smallpdf, ilovepdf are free to try, however you need an account and a subscription to do ocr conversions However you can convert 5 scanned pdf or images (max 20 pages) daily at pdfocr.org

I dont wanna spend my weekend doing this shit I referred to a previous post which wasnt able to detect any tables, nor the get data function from excel which was useless. Ilovepdf is also a good website, fast and basic online solution for pdf editing The software i suggested is offline and has many tools
