Which transmission do you have, is it the manual or automatic (cvt) If it's the cvt, the dealer should have also replaced both filters when the fluid was changed If the cooler filter (small paper filter, accessed from under the battery tray) was never replaced, it may be contributing to the problem and causing what is often called judder.
