I couldnt find any leaks anywhere else, not the floorboard, around the radiator, pipes

Have coolant leak on hose 13 changed it and still leaks can smell anti freeze in engine compartment trying to figure out if water pump is going bad or the thermostat. Exhaust leaking water/antifreeze | gas on spark plugs causing misfire what have i tired I replaced the upper intake manifold and gasket| cleaned off and replaced sparked plugs and cleaned plug wells| changed coolant sensor (broken)| thermostat the buick is still. 96 regal mixed dex cool + antifreeze, starter install help (video), tun motor by hand ugghhh mixed dex cool + antifreeze, new regal owner i purchased a 1996 regal 3.8 with 60,000 miles one owner car for daughter.
Its been a few months now and im finally trying to fix this issue So i notice that every time i park i see a antifreeze leaking to the ground I fill the car with coolant and in a matter of a few days it says its low again and sure enough when i look the coolant is all gone If the plastic connectors come out without cracking/breaking, you might reuse them
If not, you must and i stress must' clean out the water ports on the engine so you won't have any leaking when you reassembly all the parts
Just found a antifreeze seep near or this plug in the head need help i was adding fluid about every 2 months 1/2 quart antifreeze dexicool , and i noticed this little cylinder head plug near the fan belt up top here is some photos to help yo help me what this is or what will happen if i try to tighten it because its a torqux head type?
