The blue light for setup doesn't flash for setup I push and hold the button on the top of the camera, the blue light comes on and goes off This setting can be toggled back on whenever you want, and the light will come on with motion again. I have charged my battery for my ring stick up camera to 100% and it also shows green on the battery and no red
When i insert the battery into the camera the blue lights up for like 3 or 4 seconds and then stop.
