For anyone pondering a kimber micro 9 and hesitant after reading all the negative forum comments on that platform, there's a very viable alternative in the same weight/size of pistol from sig, the excellent p938 It has better sights than the micro 9, front strap treatment, very good trigger and complete reliability. Kimber would be far better advised to delete barrel fluting, and focus on accuracy areas Barrel hood length and width fit to slide, bottom lug fit to slide stop, and muzzle area fit of barrel to slide

From what little information i’ve found it seems kimber sights are very tight and difficult to remove
I’m also unsure as to whether they remove left to right toward ejection port side or the other way I have a 2k11 stainless and the tactical bump on the grip safety is biting into my palm The upper edge is more pronounced than i would prefer, compared to my springfield prodigy or even my friend's black kimber 2k11 Does anyone know if there is a good replacement grip safety that would work.
