Your best bet is to look at new listings I've noticed that a lot of places have had the rent prices lowered over the past couple of weeks, but some have been lowered and then brought back up. I managed to look at a number of listings this spring through rentfaster.

It’s where the most listings are, and has the best filtering options to find what you need Kijiji is my second option, but is harder to filter through 4rent and rentboard don’t have a lot, and most of their postings seem to be duplicate of what is on rentfaster.
