Luckily i was always able to push start as it is a manual tranny I was almost certain that the battery was the culprit but after load testing it, it convinced me that it was the starter One part at a time, and start with the starter. The vibe's headlight housing rubber boot is about 1cm deep and fits perfectly over the barrel of the halogen bulb
The assembly i used only had about 2mm of space on the barrel, which required folding and flexing the rubber boot to make it fit
