R/chase r/chase current search is within r/chase remove r/chase filter and expand search to all of reddit For anyone else experiencing this, i also had to call chase tech support and ask them to link my credit card account to my checking account I just want to see if this is standard procedure or if something is wonky with my account

Every single time i log in, even if i click remember me, using the same browser, i have to get a verification code texted to me in order to log in
Even when the session times out after what feels like 20 seconds, i have to log back in with a new verification code
I'm not clearing my cookies or. I've asked friends and they couldn't figure it out. For the past 24 hrs Or so the online banking page has been displaying strangely
Tried both chrome and edge, both showing the same issue I’ve been trying to unlock my card but every time i’m greeted with the same “this part of our site isn’t working right now” Is anyone else facing this problem So maybe i can put it off as simple maintenance.
Have you attempted basic troubleshooting
(different web browsers, clear change/cookies, etc.) if so and still nothing call chase customer service and get connected to their online support team they may need to open a ticket Anyone currently having trouble logging in Chase is an absolute joke I have done and continue to do everything in my power to direct people to banks that listen to their customers
The issue is terrible government regulations keep them in power and they (clearly) do not care about our little checking and savings accounts. I’ve already compared the two on the chase website but i still feel like i’m missing something Total and secure seem like the same account and the only advantageous difference i can see are the lower fee and the lower deposit amount to waive the fee on secure Does the overdraft protection on the total account put it ahead?
