I work so close to manuela and this was my first time, i have been missing out all these past years We were seated upon arrival on a saturday for brunch We shared the albacore and the biscuits. Warm, flaky biscuits with aged country ham and whipped butter are a must before a main course like their roasted duck breast with nicely rendered, crispy skin served over a bed of smoked soubise and paired with sliced yellow peaches.
