It needs to be removed or repaired to prevent it being equipped on any sim that gets a bathing outfit generated by the base game This is annoying and i’m not sure if it’s a bug or feature Sims 4 studio has an option to repair cc that is setup incorrectly like this.

You could try removing all accessories with master controller command center (click on sim > mc dresser > remove all accessories)
