Yes, quicken has had connection issues with fifth third bank since 9/27 However, on web or mobile, the account titles are listed, but all the balances are zero Both quicken and 5/3 are aware of the problem

Seems to be an ongoing problem with quicken and 5/3 and the connection issues do not get resolved in a timely manner
You can login to 5/3 and export transactions and import them into quicken.clunky but it does work
Also, you may be able to deactivate all of your 5/3. I hope it is only temporary October 2021 edited october 2021 message from fifth third bank They advise not to attempt to add or update accounts with fifth third bank until this time frame has passed.
I deactivated each of my four accounts and then set them up fresh again. :( just opened new savings and checking accounts at fifth third bank for the sole purpose of using quicken for online bill pay. Fifth third bank says they place no restrictions on quicken connections Again, my accounts sync with fifth third fine, but do not sync to the web or mobile
