Since joining big in 2008 as chief financial officer, overseeing the development of the organization and its strategic priorities, sheela has transformed big from bjarke ingels’ danish architectural firm into an internationally acclaimed company led by design, community and innovation. In addition to hosting performances, big designed the space to accommodate cultural events, workshops and block parties.
