Hi is anyone else having problems logging in to barclaycard today On every attempt it says login failed. My beef with barclaycard is the time they are taking to replace the cards The freedom points scheme ended on 30th april and the cashback scheme only starts when the new rewards card is first used.
Surely, barclaycard have a basic responsibility to provide an honest explanation of the problem to their customers with a true estimate of when this will be solved instead of treating us like we are stupid.
