Fedex lost my laptop order (and admits it) and dell says it was delivered and won't replace it

Fedex tracking still shows “label created” so on the 17th of july i placed an order for the alienware aurora r11 Originally the estimated delivery was august 31st However, 2 nights ago i received an email notification from dell that it had shipped out and that it was due to arrive today actually.
I ordered a alienware aurora r9 and the tracking since 04/17/2020 shows label created
Will this be delayed and has this actually been shipped?
