My daughter has been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and for the past 5 years has been steadily getting worse to the point where she can barely take care of herself. Crying and visibly distraught, she whispered, “mom, i have to tell you something.” those. Does anyone think the mother might have been suffering from ms by proxy?

She is a divorced mother with 3 young children who i support (ed) on a daily basis as best i could, going to her house every day (at her request) talking to her, keeping her company, doing housework, picking the kids up from school, doing their homework with them, making their dinner etc., because my daughter also suffers from fibromyalgia so.
I'm the mother of a borderline daughter and i feel such guilt every day for anything i said or did to her throughout her life that i shouldn't have said or done.
