After i sign in it tells me that because it's my first time using my apple id with the app store, i need to review my information I set up a new apple id, added payment info and address info That loads for a second before it asks me to sign in again, then tells me i need to review my information, etc

Ask to buy not allowing review i am getting my child’s app requests but instead of the notification saying “review request” and giving me the options to approve or decline, it just says “view in store” and takes me to the app store with no options to approve.
