India based the energy and resources institute (teri) organised a national webinar and launched version 2.0 of the green budgeting toolkit, along with an online portal, to help governments, academia, and civil society systematically integrate environmental concerns into fiscal planning. The analysis focuses on the private vehicle segment, as highlighted in a study by teri, that projects a substantial rise in personal vehicle ownership, making it a critical area for electrification. Teri fosters a culture that respects diversity in age, gender, education, and realises that each individual is unique and that brings a fresh perspective and his or her own skill sets to the table
