Spell check is a must do whether you use word, outlook or bluebeam revu and too many people skip the step. Seems like this is a problem with original file format Revu will auto complete some words or phrases for you, based on previous entries

I was searching if this was possible… we compile questions from lots of people and it's difficult to get them all to format the same It would be nice if there was an easy way to change case. At this moment we can only manage bluebeam revu's autocomplete by this tricky procedure of exporting, editing xml and importing the list of words We do this now and then to remove misspelled words or useless words.
Spell checker is on by default and can be disabled within preferences | general | spelling If you see a red squiggly line underneath a word, then it thinks you have a spelling error. By spell checking the comments, this will increase the quality of the reports with faster turnaround time From my research, spell checking comments in the markups is not possible
