If i shut the sim down using the quit to desktop option, i get the are you sure you want to exit.
One would assume that if fenix was completely uninstalled the reinstalled, issues would go away I haven't changed or added any other scenery or utility and use same graphic settings i've always used for fenix. Check on the forums this last update , had specific instructions on how to best remove / clear install Depending on if you bought the sim from the store or steam
Best just to go to the official forums and in the top right search for clean install There are directions on how to do the clean install. For about a week or so when i hit quit to desktop it closes the window, but the sim is still running in the background When i go to xbox to open it, it says it is already running, but no sim is displayed

One lucky thing tho is that with 2024 reinstall is really fast Just recently every time i exit/close msfs2020 using the menu system (return to main menu then return to desktop) msfs disappears from the screen but its icon remains on the task bar and i find that msfs2020 remains listed in the task manager as running and high on cpu usage As such i cannot run.
