I think that her regen negation only works demons though The ap advantage shouldnt be much of a problem as he has fought others like rui who can one hit him casually but was still able to keep up a bit with his threads (which are inferior but comparable to his neck in dura) and in exchange defeat the guy with his hino amp, albeit with nezuko's help.
