I had the same problem, i made an exception to rainbowsix.exe on my antivirus and it works again now
If you have bitdefender go to protection>under antivirus>manage exceptions>go to steam>steamapps>common>tom clancy's rainbow six siege> and find 1) rainbowsix.exe 2)rainbowsix_vulkan.exe and 3)beservice_x64.exe (inside the battleeye folder) hope it works for you too!
