Enter your usta.com membership account username and password. This will allow officials to check their schedules, confirm or reject assignments, add work records, access news and resources, check their certification status, and update account information. Click on “my account” at the top of the page On your “my record” page, click the “add record” button
On the add record page, add the event that you work and click the submit button at the bottom of the page
Under event roles, please only check the boxes of the event roles you worked at the event you are entering.
