Owners manual states set piston at tdc.than move stator to proper advance

First time that i have set up a sem ignition timing. I am very displeased with my 2012 te 250 The fuel injection system basically sucks for woods riding The bike is always stalling when blipping the throttle or when doing clutch/throttle snap type maneuvers
Very disappointing and im not the only one that is experiencing these same issues. Bike has 1000 miles, arrow exhaust with dealer installed power up kit (po said the dealer got it to be at 100%), other than some cosmetic stuff, it's stock.got it home, then packed up and went on vacation for a few weeks
