Why do pics show up on my phones google doc for this document but not when i open on desktop What is the procedure to delete my gmail account and at the same time to not loose the google photos belonging to this account I’ve saved the file on my phone

Shared pics from 1 account to another
If i delete from 1 st account will pics remain in 2nd I shared all of my photos from my first account to my second account. Some time ago i granted google photos the acces to my phone's default gallery and really regret that decision at this point, since whenever i delete a pic or video from gallery to save space on my device (note that i still have plenty of space available in google photos but my phone has less space!), it's backup copy is also deleted from google photos which makes the whole of having a backup. All of a sudden a week ago, texts to iphone users with images will not send
I get an error everytime. I can't open my pics in messages t They send me a picture and messages t says download and won't do anything I can still get text but not pics

After backup/restore pics and videos in google messages are missing i performed a backup dec 21, 2022 and did a factory reset When i restored from that backup, none of my google messages app pictures were there Google photos, calendar and everything else was there after the restore but not in message pics or videos. How can i avoid my google photos to be deleted once i delete my google gmail account
