Sounds like either a scam or money they found on unclaimed money website.
The job is not easy because the hacker is going to be stealth as possible to avoid detection
Where and how did the hacker breach the system How many times and when was the system breached What did the hacker have access to Was and data pulled from the system and exported somewhere
