You just need the audio files to import into it This site is also relatively popular in vrchat and it doesn't just have 3d avatars for vrchat users, it has visual effects, useful additions to the game, etc I haven't figured out why they don't work in mmd home yet ( google docs mmd vrchat visemes to use the checklist you'll have to make a copy of the doc though ^^ if you don't know how to apply these, you'll need to go into blender (or another 3d modelling software), and add blendshapes that have the japanese name of the blendshape.
Right now from a vrchat perspective avatars can be either public, or private
Private means that only the user that uploaded the avatar can use the avatar If i want to share the avatar with you, it must be made public
