Can't stream on iwanttfc i subscribed to iwanttfc #iwanttfc via roku but when i try to watch some live streams from it, it wouldn’t play and it keeps telling me that i purchased a subscription already

Both the app and the system are updated, so i don’t know what the issue is. I'm having either the same or simular problem, the picture on youtube is very dark and unwatchable because it's barley visible Since the last update, i only have 5 last watched channels instead of 10 why ! Netflix crashes and immediarely returns to home screen when you click on it
